This page is for the publisher of MODPizzaMenu.com. We aren't MOD Pizza and can't help with orders.
Need help with a MOD order, refund or rewards account?
Contact MOD directly: call the restaurant you ordered from, or email MOD at feedback@modpizza.com. Orders through a delivery app go to that app's support. More on MOD's delivery FAQ (external site).
Corrections to this site
A publisher contact address hasn't been set up yet, so we can't receive messages at the moment. This page will list one when it's available. In the meantime, every page links to the MOD sources it was checked against.
