Editorial Policy

Where the information comes from

• MOD's own pages: the menu, nutrition, allergen, FAQ, delivery, catering and rewards pages on modpizza.com.
• Restaurant online menus: the public ordering pages of 3 named restaurants on orders.modpizza.com, viewed without placing an order.

We don't use other menu or price websites as sources.

How prices are recorded

• Each price is stored with the item, size or option, restaurant, date and source.
• Prices are shown with the restaurant they came from. We never present one restaurant's price as a national price.
• Where a restaurant didn't list an option, we show “Check your local MOD Pizza for the current price” or “Not listed”, never an estimate or a zero price.
• Ranges are only shown when every value in them was seen at that restaurant.
• Prices are a snapshot from the date shown, not live prices.
• Price updates are entered by hand after viewing the restaurant's menu. When a price changes, we keep the previous price and date, and large changes or removed items are re-checked before they're published.

Calories and allergens

• We publish MOD's figures only, with what each figure covers (a whole pizza, a crust, a ¼-cup topping serving and so on).
• We never scale a figure from one size to another, or fill gaps with estimates.
• We don't call any item vegan, gluten-free or allergy-safe. We repeat MOD's own statements and its cross-contact warning.
• Where MOD shows an allergen marker without explaining it, we say exactly that.

What we don't publish

• Reviews, star ratings or “most popular” claims.
• Coupons, codes or deals that MOD hasn't published.
• Photos we don't have permission to use, or AI-generated images presented as real food.
• Paid placements, advertising or affiliate links.

Images and credits

• Illustrations: 25 items are shown with illustrations made with an AI image generator. Each is drawn from what MOD publishes about the item, usually its ingredient list, and checked against that list before it's used.
• Homepage hero: an original generated food photograph used only as a decorative background. It is not a MOD Pizza product photo.
• Photos: 2 items use real photos that their photographers published under Creative Commons licences on Wikimedia Commons. We check the licence on each file's page before using it, credit the photographer and licence under the photo, and say what we changed. A photo being visible online doesn't make it free to reuse.
• We don't use MOD's own product photos. MOD's terms of use only allow personal, non-commercial use of its website content.

Updates and corrections

Every page shows when its information was checked. The current menu data was checked on October 10, 2026. When MOD changes its menu, or a reader shows us something is wrong, we check the official source and update the page. See the contact page for how to reach us.

Research log

Every source behind the current version of the site, with its scope and any conflicts we found.
