The MOD

On MOD's national menu

The MOD is MOD Pizza's build-your-own option. You pick a size or crust, a sauce, cheeses and any number of toppings from the same list the signature pizzas are built from. At the checked restaurants it cost the same as the signature pizzas. See the complete MOD Pizza menu for other items and the prices we checked.

Want the four official build steps? See the build-your-own pizza guide.

  • MOD publishes no calorie total because the recipe is yours.
  • The four official build steps are on the build-your-own guide.
  • At the checked restaurants it shared the same size prices as most signatures.

The MOD calories

MOD doesn't publish a total because it depends on what you add. Add up the crust, sauce, cheese and topping figures in the toppings guide. They are per MOD serving (¼ cup or 1 tbsp), and the amount on your order may differ.

MOD publishes calories only, not fat, carbs or protein, on the pages we checked. Read more in the nutrition and allergens guide.

Allergens

Allergens depend on what you choose. MOD marks each crust, sauce, cheese and topping on its allergen page, and our toppings guide repeats those markings.

Cross-contact warning from MOD

MOD says it prepares food on one serving line, so it cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of allergens or gluten, and none of its crusts are recommended for people with gluten sensitivity.

Allergen information can change. Check MOD's current allergen page and tell the restaurant team about any allergy.

The MOD FAQs

Do extra toppings cost more on The MOD?

MOD says toppings are unlimited for one price. On the three checked online menus, none of the sauces, cheeses, meats, veggies or finishing sauces carried a charge. The price changes only with the size or crust you choose.

How many calories are in The MOD?

It depends entirely on what you add, so MOD doesn't list a total. Add up the crust and ingredients using MOD's per-serving figures on our Toppings & Sauces page. Those figures are per ¼ cup or per tablespoon, and the amount on your pizza may differ.

Is The MOD cheaper than a signature pizza?

Not at the checked restaurants: The MOD and most signatures had the same price for each size. Maddy's Favorite and the OG Pepperoni were cheaper, and the One Topping pizza was priced the same as OG Pepperoni.
