MOD Pizza Vegan Options

This page repeats what MOD itself publishes about vegan and dairy-free choices. It does not label any finished pizza vegan. Names such as Veg Out still include cheese in MOD's ingredient list. See the complete MOD Pizza menu for those items and their checked prices.

What MOD says

MOD's FAQ, checked October 10, 2026, says: “Vegans and vegetarians both have great options at MOD. Our regular and gluten-friendly pizza dough and vegan cheese are dairy-free. Then top off your pizza or salad with whatever sounds good – just be sure to let your MOD Squader know any restrictions.”

MOD's catering page also names plant-based cheese and plant-based Italian sausage when it describes vegan pizzas.

Named plant-based ingredients

These appear on MOD's national menu topping list. Calories are MOD's per-serving figures, not a whole pizza.

Plant-based toppings MOD lists by name
IngredientCalories (MOD serving)
Plant-based cheese80 cal per ¼ cup
Plant-based Italian sausage90 cal per ¼ cup

Other vegetables, herbs and some sauces contain no meat or cheese in their names, but this site does not treat a name as proof that an ingredient is vegan. Check MOD's allergen page (external site) for each item.

How to order

  1. Start from The MOD or a signature you will change.
  2. Ask for regular or gluten-friendly crust if you want the doughs MOD calls dairy-free. Skip cauliflower crust if you are avoiding milk.
  3. Skip dairy cheeses. Ask for plant-based cheese if you want a cheese substitute MOD names.
  4. Skip meat toppings, or ask for plant-based Italian sausage if you want the substitute MOD names.
  5. Tell the restaurant team about your restrictions when you order. MOD's FAQ asks you to do that.

Step-by-step topping order is in the build-your-own guide.

Items that are not vegan as listed

These pizzas have no meat in MOD's ingredient lists, but they do include cheese. They are not vegan as published:

Shared-line limits

MOD does not guarantee allergen-free or animal-free food

MOD says it prepares food on one serving line, so it cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of allergens or gluten, and none of its crusts are recommended for people with gluten sensitivity.

This site does not call any finished order vegan, dairy-free or safe for an allergy. Confirm with the restaurant.
