Is the Aloha a Hawaiian pizza?

It uses the classic Hawaiian pairing of ham (Canadian bacon) and pineapple, with tomato sauce and mozzarella.

Can I change the toppings on a signature pizza?

Yes. On the online ordering menus every signature pizza has a list of its default ingredients that you can remove, plus extra seasonings and finishing sauces you can add. MOD advertises unlimited toppings for one price, and the checked menus showed no extra charge for added toppings. Changing to a thick, cauliflower or gluten-friendly crust does cost more.
